This may be a little of topic, but my laptop power supply stopped working, and I noticed a quiet clicking noise. I opened it up and it sounds like the clicking noise is coming from the large 68uF 450v cap. Is that capacitor bad? None of the caps look bad including the large one. Should I replace the 68uF 450v cap?

Repairing a switch mode power supply is a specialist job and even specialists find it hard. Get a new one.
