Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hi, I am trying to create a Matlab GUI to display multiple plots from an arduino board. Each plot pertains to the data from a sensor connected to the arduino board. I have three sensors and wanted a plot for each one. Matlab reads the serial data, so it just sees a constant stream of numbers coming in and I am not sure how to make it discern which numbers pertain to which sensor. I have created a real-time updating plot when only one sensor is connecting, but I don't know how to keep the values separated when multiple sensors are connected to the arduino board. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks in advance.

I don't know anything about Matlab, but if I was writing it myself, I would add markers to the datastream to say which sensor sent the data.
