Hi.
There are so many kinds of arduino boards. Which boards are supporting blutooth connection?

Natively? Only the Arduino BT. With addons? Any of them. Before you plunk down your money, though, spend some time looking for bluetooth success stories.

I have another question. Maybe my question is not related with Bluetooth. Does Arduino programming are board specific?  If I start programming on Arduino nano then can I change it to Arduino Uno without much hassle after a while?

one point of attention with bluetooth is the voltage level. I recently bought a BT device to experiment with my duino only to find out is was 3.3V where my duino's are 5V. As the BT device can handle up to 5.5V it was able to send data from duino to PC perfectly but from PC to duino the 3.3V signal is to little to be read by the Serial port.

Partly as the number of IO pins and RAM and analogpins and HW Serial ports .... differ per board. The programming language is the same so porting a program from one to another is mostly a recompile (if the resources can be met).
