Hello, i am new electronics and arduino but i have some experience. Okay this might come as a really strange question but how old you need to be to learn electronics and arduino programming and stuff like that? I would appreciate your help!

Sylvia, who with the help of her parents produces Sylvia's Super Awesome [mini] Maker Show, is about 9 and has not problem using the Arduino.  I think kids as young as 4 have taken soldering classes.  If you want to learn something there is no better time to start than now.

Thanks! I might think wrong but when i see those videos of little kids like working on arduino i just think that most of the code does the parents.

probably true and I think it is wise for a parent to check the electronics, and watch while soldering.

Children will pick things up in their own pace, some fast some faster, but they must be given the chance to pick it up, so exposure is essential.

Well but they interests might change and stuff like that but thats off topic. For me im a teen and non of my parents know electricity ro programming. Well my dad knows how to run electricity but stuff liek this none.

If you are in your teens and you like to build your own "gadgets"or more serious apps the forum can help you. There are hundreds of questions per day software and hardware, simple to difficult, so we can help.

What might be an idea is to see if there is a local group nearby, you can check in the local groups section, or ask in your local HW store, or maybe even a teacher at school (did I say that?

I will probably just consult on forums because i live in Lithuania so i surely wont find any groups. Anyways thanks for replying!

Lithuania, never been there but saw beautiful pictures (I knew an English teacher from Kaunas years ago). I recall some special food made of yolk - delicious.
