Why would it be a problem?  This is clearly covered in the FAQ.

Yes, you're right... but i remeber a discus about arduino bootloader and licence things, because of USB ID / Hardware ID or something like that related to the bootloader....
and ever heared "arduino is ment to be prototyping"...

and i may be wrong.. that guys doesn't seem to me... that they will do anything under CC ....

But i like to see Arduinothings done....
especially the ARM ones smiley-wink

That means you cannot sell derivatives of the Arduino Uno / Mega 2560 (and probably Leonardo and Due) without getting your own PID, using an actual Arduino is fine.
