Seems like a reasonable set of components.  Check the pin usage of the WiFi and GPS logger boards to make sure they don't conflict.

The link you posted for the diamondback has a schematic for the board that appears to show the wifi module connected to the SPI pins on the Atmega.

Looks like the WiFi module has the SS signal on Pin 10 but the SD card on the GPS logging shield also uses Pin10 for SS. Perhaps an external SD adapter and GPS module would avoid the conflict.

It should be possible to cut the trace and jumper it to another pin.

Even easier, clip the D10 pin off the shield and connect a jumper from the shield's D10 socket to the D9 or D8 socket (assuming one of them is not used).
