Does anybody know how to make rf transceiver device like this: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=rf+transceiver&_sop=15 for arduino.
i know it's very cheap to get it and i already have 2 from ebay but i want to know how to build it with dip ICs if you peoples know any ICs.

I don't think you will find any through-hole (DIP) IC's for RF communication.  Those devices are generally only available in surface-mount packages to keep size down.
