 I have yet to figure out how to make a part in Eagle. I have downloaded tutorials but, I am not a part artist and can't see to work it out.

 The part I need made for me is the Bosch CJ125 LQFP32. I think the footprint is common but, I would love to have the footprint and have the pins name correctly.

 If anyone is interested the chip is used to control an automotive O2 sensor for exhaust gas sensing. It is called a wideband contoller and it can easily be mated to a 328.

Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if I need to provide more information.

I tried eagle,... yelled at it then deleted it.

I'm having very quick turnaround using ExpressPCB and ExpressSCH, extremely simple to make new parts.

  I don't have much problem with making schematics and board but, when it comes to making parts, I just get lost.

 So far I have had to small very basic boards made. However, I have made a ton of "idea" boards drawn up in Eagle.

I know you said you tried tutorials.  Personally I follow this one every time I make a part.  It covers all the necessary steps and gotchas.

I am giving it another try. I have already went farther using Sparkfun tut. than I have before. It will be nice if I get it figured out.

I don't know what "tuts" are, but the Sparkfun Eagle tutorials are very good.

designspark has billions of components in their library's, that one is in there, design spark is a very very easy to use
i also vouch for expresssch.

  I think I have got my part done correctly. Between the Sparkfun tutorial and and tutorial I found of google, I copied the footprint of an Atmega328 LQFP32 chip and changed the pin names to suit my needs.

 Here is the title of the tutorial that I used for information about coping parts. I found it in Google.
