Will PuTTY work as a replacement then?  And if so, how would I configure it?

I don't think PuTTY will work, but after doing a little research I found another application that seems to have similar functionality to Bray's terminal and works on Windows.  It is http://realterm.sourceforge.net/
New true random number library available at: http://code.google.com/p/avr-hardware-random-number-generation/

Current version 1.0.1

xolroc

Downloading it now, I'll use it overnight again and this time hopefully get some reliable data.
