Okay, I rreceived this in a kit of parts for my arduino and want to play.  (SBM2388AHOG  8x8 led display)  I liked for "direct wire" posting here..

However, my little device has 24 pins and sounds like much more.

i would like to start scrolling a message as in the pervious post.

I cannot find any data on this thing on how to hook it up.  Will I need additional ICs or can I do anyhting creative with a simple hook-up.
