hello ,
i am new here  >D ...  a bough a new arduino uno  a install  the softwear and I try do doing the programs,
everything was good, but i can't the dovnload the program to arduino,
I have the computer with 3 usb but, i haven't the COM  port , i my device manager isn't the COM port ,
what can i do ?

You may have to install the serial driver.  That's step 4 of the installation guide for Windows:

i my device manager isnt the hardwer that computer didnt not recognize
for witch can i install the drivers ... 
for example in this case like here :

but i my device manager isnt the com ports and isnt the not recognize ports.
And  when i plug the arduino to my computer it doing nothing ,my computer begins to not recognize the device.

please help ...     

i havent com ports on my computer...
