Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hello, I'm starting a Robotics project and would like to remote my robot using the bluetooth throw my arduinoBT board. The question is: is it possible to remote the bluetooth board throw the integrated BT module or is this module only used to replace the serial USB used to upload the programs? If it is possible, after having used the BT module to communicate inside the program, is it a proceed to follow to be able to us it again to charge a new program on the board?
do someone know which pins the BTmodule from the arduinoBT is connected to?

Thanks for helping and sorry for my bad english.

The schematic (http://arduino.cc/en/uploads/Main/arduino_bt06.pdf) shows that the Bluetooth module is connected to the Serial pins (0 and 1).
