Topic: Bootloading the atmega2560 (Read 469 times) previous topic - next topic

Hi

Currently I'm working on a project that requires an atmega2560, preferably with the Arduino bootloader. Can I use the latest standard bootloader and download it to the atmega2560-chip?

Kind regards
Simon

I have bootloaded a Mega2560 using my Uno. I followed this page.

Its the stk500v2 bootloader.  Make sure it's v2 this version supports the higher memory adresses.  The hex file is already in the arduino IDE.  I forget where, but im sure you can google that.

Thank you so much, guys... That page was really helpfull :D
