hi, i just got a uno board and sorted the driver etc, but when the board is on the led at L 13 continually blinks. Is the board shipped with a default program that causes L 13 to continually blink or have i done something wrong? Is there a way to reset the board? Any advice would be mich appreciated. Cheers.

Just download a different example program to the board.  Or start with your own sketches.

The Arduino just runs the last program that was stored in it when it boots up (unless the IDE is downloading a new program).  If I'm going between projects, I usually load blink on the system to go to a known state.

To show the processor is working. It used to say 1 in morse code, for Uno, I don't know if it still does.
