Hi, I'm shobha...since i'm new to arduino it would be a great help to me if some one answer my question...i'm already using video experimenter shield for my arduino uno...i want to use one more shiled that is ethernet shield...my doubt is whether i can use arduino with both the shileds simentaneously?

It's time, then, that you learned how to determine this on your own. What pins does each shield use? If there are conflicts, then the shields may not play well together. If not, they will.

If your video shield is this one http://nootropicdesign.com/ve/ (hint: usually it's on you to provide a link to the used hardware) and the Ethernet shield is the one from Arduino you're fine in using both together simultaneously because they don't share a used pin other than the VCC and GND.

The only other question might be whether there is enough power between the arduino, the 2 shields, and whatever else you have plugged into the Arduino.
