Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Dear all,

I am planning to construct arduino mega clone .Below link gives Schematic used for arduino mega 2560 model.Reason for going with clone. Shield cost is more and eliminate unused pins.
Clone board will have  lcd display, keypad for configuring and gps module.
What are the point need to considered while design

problem faced commonly true or false
1) In forum say after design it causes boot loader uploading problem. Is it true or false. If true reason why??
2)Library file will not get supported for clone version?
3) Arduino IDE gives Error like (Not tested) heard in forum discussions in arduino.

1) new clone board works similar to arduino mega with supporting all library function and IDE by Arduino.

Download the standard bootloader into a part equipped with 16 MHz crystal & caps, you should not have problems.
