I just got my Arduino Uno R3 today!  Can I load the appropriate IDE's on my Linux PC and my XP PC, and move the Uno back and forth?  I'm concerned that the 'bootstrap' on the Uno board might have to be dedicated to one machine or the other.
Thanks!

I've had success using the Arduino IDE 1.0.1 with my Uno in Mac OS X 10.7 & 10.8, Ubuntu 11 and Centos 6. It was brilliant to use Java for its cross-platform ability.

You should have no issues running the software.
