Hi all.
Now I've been working with arduino for some years now. I need to go one step further now...
How could I make my own cards, my own design and then program it?

The simplest next step is to look at migrating to breadboard.  Once you have got to grips working with a raw ATMEGA328P chip, and installing the bootloader, connecting serial comms, etc, then you can look at moving on to other chips.
