I have a great commercial application where I need to divert closed captioning on TV to another output device (like an LED device).  I am nothing but an idea/business guy and know almost nothing but feel that the solution lies in an Arduino project.  Where can I post a "paying gig" project where I would hire someone to develop my idea?

Thanks and I apologize if I'm totally in the wrong place!

You are in the wrong place.
You are highjacking an existing topic.

There is an existing forum topic section titled: Gigs and Collaborations that was created for requests such as yours.

Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Text output to LCD or LED scrolling display, job done.
