Same functionality of Arduino Uno on the form of a usb stick.  $15.00 (free shipping US) from fiverr: http://fiverr.com/paulware/gather-parts-for-arduino-on-a-stick or tindie: https://www.tindie.com/Paulware/arduino-on-a-stick/

Wow, this is great
Any chance you will be releasing design files and boot loader?

Sure I will release this schematic and board.  The bootloader is the standard bootloader that is loaded by Arduino IDE.  I use tiny isb programmer from sparkfun.  I want to change the board slightly so that a board and a shield are provided in each spin.
Iteadstudio allows pcbs to be 5cm x 5cm so I should be able to include the basic stick and a shield on the same board.  User will need to cut the board in half.  Usually pcb shops don't like it when you do this, but I'm pretty sure that Iteadstudio doesn't care.
They create batches of 10, 5cmX5cm boards for $14.00 after shipping to US
I'm thinking an NRF24L01 shield with pwm breakouts for an H-Bridge so we can control RC vehicles.
By the way I'm listing a 5V power supply from single AA battery on Tindie: $9.00 free shipping to US: https://www.tindie.com/Paulware/5v-from-aa-power-supply/

I have posted the schematic on Github

If any would like to help me make custom shields for this please let me know
Thanks!
Paul
