Sure I will release this schematic and board. The bootloader is the standard bootloader that is loaded by Arduino IDE. I use tiny isb programmer from sparkfun. I want to change the board slightly so that a board and a shield are provided in each spin.
Iteadstudio allows pcbs to be 5cm x 5cm so I should be able to include the basic stick and a shield on the same board. User will need to cut the board in half. Usually pcb shops don't like it when you do this, but I'm pretty sure that Iteadstudio doesn't care.
