Hello!

I got this 5 V Relay Module but I do not have any manual or clue where to connect it?
Digital outputs? Which pins would be the best?

You can use any of the digital outputs, use/define the same pin in the sketch to operate the relay.  Good Luck!!!

On this relay module three pins are marked S, + an -. Any knowledge of what these are?
S = signal ?
+ = Vcc
- = GND

Am I right? Any suggestions?

Yes, you are right.  S is where you will connect your digital output.  Also you can refer link for more knowledge on relays http://arduino.cc/playground/Main/InterfacingWithHardware#Output
