Do you think I could use it with Arduino?

My S3 is dead... corrupted chip. I can display stuff but it wont load. They want to change the Motherboard. Instant, I got myself a Nexus 4.

I still have the S3, do you think I could use it. The display is pretty cool !

Once the magic blue smoke is released, it won't go back in!

Simple answer... No.

Long answer... Not with an Arduino. You'd have to go looking for something with far far far more grunt, and it won't be a simple task. You'd also have to find the full specifications for the display to figure out how it connects both in terms of power and signalling.
