How do you shrink it down to the normal size?
Also, could you shrink one even smaller to a complete arduino about the size of a thumbnail?

A working one?

I guess you could hide a surface mount ATmega somewhere and solder some legs on surface mount LEDs to make miniatures. The header strips and stuff would be tricky though.

You can get smaller spacing header strips - I am using 1.5mm JST connectors on a board, and I think they have even smaller ones.

Lovely.
Maybe some lego figures at the controls would be cool?
