Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

I am designing a smart outlet and somewhere I read this might be possible but I can't gather from the datasheet if it is. Can someone help and see if it is?

Here is the datasheet for the

ADE7753 Engery Monitoring IC

http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/data_sheets/ADE7753.pdf

And here are the list of hall effect sensors.

http://www.allegromicro.com/en/Products/Current-Sensor-ICs/Zero-To-Fifty-Amp-Integrated-Conductor-Sensor-ICs.aspx

I would like to use a SMD part inside of a giant CT sensor. I am working on the PCB design now.

Thanks.

Also want to ask if the opto isolator is needed on the CF pin? I have seen schematic examples with and without.
