Well until they officially release the specifications for the DUE, anything posted by non-insiders is just guesswork.  My guess it is probably not feasible, unless it is possible to add more memory to the SAM3X8E (which only has 100k of SRAM, or 1/3 of a frame of data) and boost up its clock rate (84Mhz).  You would need to feed the display 391,680 bytes (480*272*3) for each frame, and that is 11,750,400 bytes a second for a 1/30 refresh rate.
