Hi Guys,
How i can store 1 second audio using eeprom and read it. I have a 1 second audio mp3 and i want to store it to eeprom and read it, how can i code it?

An Arduino is not capable of decoding MP3 files in real time. You would need an MP3 shield.

I would go so far as to say "at all".
Folks make MP3 decoder chips for that, licensed software algorithm and all that.
