Hey guys, wondering what everybodys favourite 2D CAD software is? I currently use Microspot MacDraft Pro and AutoCAD but thinking of branching out further. What do you recommend?

I have a very old license of AutoCAD Release 14. (circa 1997)

I just use Parallels to run AutoCAD R14 under a Win2000 virtual machine.

I learned AutoCAD with that version 14 for DOS. If you are a teacher or student, you can still afford a CAD software through schools these days. Otherwise look for some free ware.

Ack!  I learned AutoCAD on version 2.16 on a "AT286  12Mhz Computer" with a 16-color VGA card (I feel ancient now :)
