Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

hi,

I have a leonardo and need to get it working with my fedora 17.

In windows7 uploading worked out good. now its good blink on.

When i tried to install on fedora (through both, yum and the binary download from here) everything is fine, it has serial connection. also serial read is working for the normal user, but it doesnt send code to the arduino.

the error i get is the same each time:

processing.app.debug.RunnerException: Couldn’t find a Leonardo on the selected port. Check that you have the correct port selected.  If it is correct, try pressing the board's reset button after initiating the upload.

although i can see it in /dev/ttyAC* and it does communicate (rx/tx leds)

when i run as root it says:

Found programmer: Id = "CATERIN"; type =

or sometimes:
Found programmer: Id = "

?

?"; type = S

and hangs doing nothing (no rx/tx activity)

anybody had simmilar issues?? smiley

thanks a lot,
simon
