Well two wrongs do make a right  smiley smiley smiley smiley smiley

If you take 60 radians you get 0.3
If you take 120 radians you get 0.5
If you take 180 radians you get 0.8
If you take 240 radians you get 0.9
If you take 300 radians you get 0.99

So by shear fluke you get a reasonable looking set of numbers.

A simple case of aliasing...  smiley-grin
