Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hi folks. New to the arduino coding but cool so far. I came across a roadblock. I'm trying to use two potentiometers to act as mouse movements using the teensy arduino compatible board and for some strange reason no matter what wiring I've done I always get mixed reads. Would a delay help? Adding resistors or capictors? Any clue? What if I want to add more of these? Would mapping or usin arrays help? Thanks folks!

Post a circuit diagram and the code you've tried. And explain what "mixed reads" means.
