I want to create a Bluetooth application that has a bluetooth feature but i'm using adobe flex and it doesn't have a bluetooth feature.. so do you have any idea what software will i use?

Oh sorry for that, I didn't checked my sentence due to stress. What I mean is that I want to create an Android Application that can send a message via Bluetooth. So what software will I use?

Use Eclipse along with the Android SDK.

This way you can benefit from all the features of the Android OS.
