Dear sir,

i need simple program explaining below requirement.
i wanna create file called hwconfig.c or hwconfig.h . where i define the pin used and  their set up like input or output . Now i wanna access these pin other source code of file, how can do that, can someone share general working syntax for me.
 explain the  how pins are accessed in other part
