There are sever choices. The one that most people use is Eagle from CADSoft.

Before you install more software on your computer, though, you should get it fixed. Your ? is sticking something awful.

I am of those that use Eagle.  Can be challenging to start. One option is to down an existing file and modify it for your needs.

Hi pranoy, I would highly recommend you Cadsoft's EAGLE PCB design software as well.
You can also download a free trail version here and try it first.
