I am hoping that someone here can help me with a simple design question?
I have the following LED board that came out of a LED lamp, it has an array of 2x4 LEDs on it at the bottom, I was going to wire it up directly into a power source, but then I started looking at it and I cannot for the life of me understand why there is two transistors at the top. They are not switching on any larger power source so why have them there and run the power through them? I have attached a picture of the back of the board with some notes on it in the hopes that someone can tell me why they are on there?
