greetings,
i tried to rotate the wheels of my robot but the problem is that micro controller(atmega8) restarts again and again whenever we  connect motor to micro controller  through hbridge and after sometime  motor stop.may i know the reason for this and how to overcome this problem.

Voltage fall down from a battery, short circuits, usage of watchdog into the sketch etc...

1) use two power supplies;
2) isolate the mcu from the motor via a diode + capacitor.
