I am not sure how to create a phase shift in a square wave for this converter. Can someone help me pls.

the phase shift for dc-dc converter. I have attached the converter circuit and the expected input. v2 is phase shifted by 35 degrees.
Im n0t sure how to write the coding to phase shift the V2
