Does anyone know how I can upload the values of certain variables in my Arduino program to a webpage?

I have an Arduino Mega and Wifi Shield

I don't have a wifi shield, so that is as close as I have for what the OP might be looking for. Maybe he can look at some wifi code and cut/paste some of the code into a wifi sketch.
