Anyone getting their pcbs made up with panels and then cutting them apart? If so, what methods and tools do you use?

I noted this yesterday on another thread about Itead.  I use a plastic laminate (e.g. Formica) scoring knife, score front and back, snap apart and cleanup with a file.  Quick, clean and easy.  Ciao, Lenny
