Is CADSOFT's EAGLE capable of producing nets like in pic2 instead of pic1? How to do it or any other software recommendations?

Sure, just add ground pours, or polygons named GND, that will let the ground fill in all over.
You may need to add Via(s) named GND also to let different areas of top & bottom areas get connected.
Designing & building electrical circuits for over 25 years. Screw Shield for Mega/Due/Uno, Bobuino with ATMega1284P, & other '328P & '1284P creations & offerings at my website.

...and clicking the Ratsnest icon to get it to show the flooded areas.
