I am researching the signal from the neurosky mindwave headset I hacked the T pin and sent it to rx on the Arduino to see what comes out on the serial port in csv but no data coming out

Sure. I can advise you that this post has nothing to do with the Arduino web site. It has nothing to do with the forum. So, clearly it is in the wrong place.

When you do figure out where you should have posted (Programming or Project Guidance or Gigs and Collaboration are all more appropriate), some links would be useful.

What does "I hacked the T pin" mean, anyway? Which wire from the T pin did you connect to the RX pin? What other wires did you connect to the Arduino? What makes you think that the device is sending serial data? How do you expect to share the serial port with that device and the PC? What is running on the PC to collect serial data anyway?

neurosky mindwave headset

Have you some specifications about that headset?
What sites have you searched (googled?)
I recall seen something on instructables, not sure?
