Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

hi there - i am looking in to making a project, where i would use my android phone to control(using androids gyroscope) 2 servos - so i need to set my bluetooth on arduino up to read that sensor value - but im pretty new at this - so anyone have an advice/tutorial about how to do it - i need help with:
1. Setting up the iteadstudio Bluetooth Shield V2.1 - how to read the value the android should send
2. find an app to android that will send its gyroscope over bluetooth.

so anyone know how to do any of this?
