Hello is there any difference between this https://www.sparkfun.com/products/675 and a standard wifi router antenna ? I want to connect my antenna to https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9533 and want to know if its compartible or i will need to buy a new one...

The female to male connector is not what considers me...

Well that appears to be a multi-band antenna covering several different RF frequency bands. Is a 'standard wifi router antenna' usually a mulitband or just covering the standard wifi band. I would think the latter.

I've not done GSM, but it apparently works on the 900 and 1800 Mhz bands. However, wifi operates
on the 2.4 Ghz band, so a wifi antenna would probably not be appropriate. Mistuned.
