I got some UA733CN ICs.

what are some applications I could use this IC with my arduino in any way?

First you obtain an IC, then you try to think of a use for it?  I like the way you think!

About the only thing you could potentially use this chip for on an Arduino might be for some kind of twisted-pair communications system for a high-speed and/or long-distance serial link (maybe, somehow); you'd likely need much more than just this chip to do so, though (and a bunch of test equipment, and a lot of knowledge about analog RF signaling/comms via twisted pair).
I will not respond to Arduino help PM's from random forum users; if you have such a question, start a new topic thread.

not exactly I got a large box from electronic goldmine with random IC's. I got 13 IC's for 1$
