Hello,

I would like to use this camera (or one like it) to stream video to an Arduino via bluetooth. I was wondering how I would do that and what parts I need.

Thanks!

The first part you'll need is something other than an Arduino.

What are you expecting the Arduino to do with a stream of video data?

So now you want to stream video over Bluetooth to the Arduino and then connect your computer display to the Arduino?

Sounds like you need to research what the capabilities of a microcontroller with 2K of RAM are versus a single board computer like the Raspberry PI.
