I got some UA733CN ICs.

what are some applications I could use this IC with my arduino in any way?

About the only thing you could potentially use this chip for on an Arduino might be for some kind of twisted-pair communications system for a high-speed and/or long-distance serial link (maybe, somehow); you'd likely need much more than just this chip to do so, though (and a bunch of test equipment, and a lot of knowledge about analog RF signaling/comms via twisted pair).

not exactly I got a large box from electronic goldmine with random IC's. I got 13 IC's for 1$
