Helo, I've decided to make a robot with LCD, but the problem that the LCD is 4 line so it big to mount (it's size as big as an Arduino Uno) so I think to mount it in a Breadboard, but this will create another problem because the chassis is only 5 inch size.

what do think that I've to do ( I can't bring back the LCD because I buy it a long time a go) ??

I don't see a relationship between the size of the LCD and the number of wires. I have two that are the same size. One uses a dozen wires. The other uses 1.

Why does the number of wires matter?

I think he means a 4-line LCD not 4 wires.

OP, there are a lot of shields already made with LCDs, and may be easier to work with
than what you have, eg

Well, that was "Well, duh!" moment. Rereading the original post, I don't see why I thought 4 wires. A brain fart, I guess.

I think you need to post some pictures of the chassis (hopefully fully assembled - with battery holder, motors, and other things in place), the arduino, and the LCD - preferably all together, near each other (as well as separate), perhaps along with some kind of measuring device in the photos, so we can all tell what is what, sizes, etc - in relationship to each other - in order to provide you with potential solutions. Otherwise, we'll all just be making guesses.

Depending on what the chassis is/looks like - you'll likely either need to extend it (up or "out") to make some room, and/or you'll need to use some standoffs or brackets to place the LCD in a different position above or around the Arduino in some manner.

Ok, The Chassis http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/1505 . And I have used the Arduino Uno with Motor Shield R3, the Battery is rechargeable.

For the picture I didn't assemble it yet but I will do it as I hope it look nice ( I think that I will use another layer on the top to mount the LCD and the Breadboard )

What you might want to do is purchase a couple more of the chassis plates, and some spacers (http://www.pololu.com/catalog/category/93) or some standoffs (http://www.pololu.com/catalog/category/92), along with a few other bits of hardware (http://www.pololu.com/catalog/category/101) to bring it all together; you would likely only need four spacers/standoffs per level (and if using spacers, you would want to use threaded rods - not screws/bolts; I would actually go with the standoffs instead). You could keep the Arduino on the bottom level (as noted on the site), or put it on the second level, and mount the LCD on the next level up (2nd or 3rd - whichever). You might want to make the top level be one of those 5" round prototyping PCBs - then mount a header to accept the pins/socket of the LCD, plus a few buttons (for menus and such). Run female headers and such to those, add a small breadboard, and you can still prototype on it, while having some "permanent" parts mounted for convenience.
