I put together what i think will work. Can anyone verify if this will work with an ardunio?

No. Q1 and Q4 are at different potentials - up to 24V between them. How can they be driven from one transistor? A voltage which is low for Q1 may be high for Q4.

There are purpose-built MOSFET driver chips which will do this for you. They can drive extremely high currents into the MOSFET gates to make them switch very quickly. A 470 ohm resistor is not sufficient to switch at a reasonable speed.

I told you there that the two top fets needed 10volt more on the gates than the supply voltage.

Anyone posing such a question should just buy something off-the-shelf.

Only people who don't know how electronics works could possibly verify this would work.

The OP should note that switching an inductive load is fraught with pitfalls.
