Mix Menu Language Pull Down in Arduino 1.0.3

Hi All,

I experience following problem while running Arduino 1.0.3 on Windows7 Pro English ver. (64bit).

I cannot change the menu language to English (refer image1.jpg and image2.jpg) even I change the Editor Language to English (refer image3.jpg) and restart Arduino 1.0.3 again, result is the same.

Can anyone advise how to fix the problem? Thanks.
