So, who's got the keenest prices for 328p-PU (i.e., DIP) at the moment? Mouser is looking good at ~$2/chip in qty 25. Anywhere else I should be looking at?

$1.98 for 25, about the same.  I like Digikey because they ship from Minnesota to Illinois in 48 hours using standard first class mail and this would run about $3.50 in shipping for that quality service.  They keep their shipping very, very reasonble.
