I do not know if this is the correct place for this topic. if it is not plz correct me so i can move it. I have only an arduino uno and i want to be able to read /write a smart card sle 4442/sle 5542. Is there any way without another smart card reader shield?

Yes build the circuit of a smart card reader shield. All it consists of is an SD socket, signal voltage level translators and a 3V3 power supply. Most SD shields are open source so you can see the schematics they use.
